I earned my Bachelor's degree in May of 2017 in Public Relations with a concentration in Sports and Entertainment Communication and my minor in Creative Writing. I am an outgoing girl who has always had an appetite to meet new people and from this was inspired to choose a profession where I am able to apply myself in the best way possible. Last summer I traveled the West Coast working for the American Junior Golf Association as a communication intern.

Before I graduated, I chose to spend my time mentoring Youth/Junior aged kids as a coach for The First Tee of Tuscaloosa. Along with this, I utilized my digital and technical skills to uphold all social media outlets for the Tuscaloosa First Tee chapter.

Currently,  I am the Communications Coordinator for Ocean Forest Golf Club in Sea Island, GA. My work entails an umbrella of priorities, however, my ultimatum is to represent and protect the Ocean Forest Brand and image through digital and print communication channels, while distributing timely, accurate and relative information to our membership. Other responsibilities include control of the Ocean Forest Website (www.oceanforestgolfclub.com,)graphic design of our dining menus, event menus, special  event menus and private event menus. In addition, I lead the distribution of all club emails, weekly informational email blasts, our quarterly print newsletter, photography, membership services and other additional roles.

My passion and love for the sport of golf is what will ultimately lead to me to a successful career in this industry.
